CHI was launched in 1997 by the partners of the UK representative, Clarkson Hyde. This was brought about by increasing requests from clients for assistance with their overseas affairs.

Clarkson Hyde took the decision to start up their own network, rather than joining an existing grouping, because they wanted to work with firms who shared the same ethos of taking a commercial approach and providing a highly tailored, professional and friendly service to clients. Eight years on and they, with the help of their international colleagues, have succeeded in establishing what is now a strong network of over twenty members, who know one another and share knowledge - as opposed to being just names in a directory.

CHI is run from its head office in the West End of London, with an International board playing a fundamental role in driving the organisation forward to enhance the offering to clients and member firms alike. Please click here to meet the board and CHI Co-ordinator.
