For many small sized accountancy firms it can be difficult to retain good staff as they may perceive some of the larger firms to offer more opportunities, partly due to their International dimension.

Being a member of CH International will not only indicate to clients that you have the ability to meet their overseas needs but will show staff that you can provide more opportunities in their work.

For firms wishing to participate, there is an opportunity to get involved in a staff experience scheme. There are two fundamental elements to this:

  • The board will aim to facilitate a staff placement at another member’s firm or arrange a staff exchange.

  • Members of staff have the opportunity to take part in an English business language course to help improve skills and get to know some of their CHI colleagues.
