The idea behind having a standing board member from the UK was to provide consistency of contact where the main administration functions take place.

I am a partner at Clarkson Hyde and my role involves working closely with clients on all elements of the accounting and auditing requirements - taking a proactive approach to helping them plan their financial affairs. More recently I have been involved in a number of due diligence projects to provide security to clients wishing to buy or invest in a business.
