The idea behind having a standing board member from the UK was to provide consistency of contact where the main administration functions take place.
I am a partner at Clarkson Hyde, and specialise in the audit, tax and corporate finance areas of business. I have also acted for international clients on acquisitions, mergers and general fund raising, with a focus on Hong Kong and China.
In my spare time I enjoy coaching football to all age groups which keeps me relatively fit... and I also have four children of my own to keep me on my toes.
